'70s Star Cassidy Presses To Keep $10M Sony Row In Court

Law360, Los Angeles (June 12, 2012, 5:35 PM EDT) -- 1970s teen sensation David Cassidy urged a California judge on Tuesday to keep his $10 million breach of contract suit against Sony Pictures Television Inc. and others over merchandising and broadcast license fees away from arbitrators, saying a Sony arbitration agreement covered only a fraction of his claims.
