ProFlowers Parent Co. Arranges $38M Deal Over Data Policies

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 2:19 PM EDT) -- The company behind the websites Proflowers.com, RedEnvelope.com and others on Wednesday agreed to a settlement valued at $38 million to resolve a proposed class action claiming that it improperly gave consumers' information to a marketing agency for unauthorized enrollment in allegedly worthless rewards programs.
