Judge Tosses Men's Journal Suit Over Calif. Privacy Law

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 3:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action against Men's Journal LLC over violations of a state privacy protection law, finding the subscribers had failed to show they had suffered any actual injury because of the publication's policies.
