Judge Unlikely To Shatter ABC's 'Glass House' Premiere Plans

Law360, Los Angeles (June 15, 2012, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Friday it was unlikely that he would grant CBS Broadcasting Inc. a temporary restraining order halting the premiere of ABC Inc.'s reality series “Glass House," which CBS claims infringes copyrights for its long-running "Big Brother."
