2nd Circ. Gives NY Tribe Another Shot At Casino

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 5:18 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday vacated a lower court's decision to grant a permanent injunction that blocked the Shinnecock Indian Nation from developing a casino in Southampton, N.Y., finding that the court had no subject matter jurisdiction.
