Fairfax Financial Plaintiffs Argue Against Dismissal

Law360 (September 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a consolidated class action case against Canadian firm Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. alleging that the Canadian firm manipulated its financial appearance on Monday railed against the company for trying to dismiss their case.
