Brinker Leads Judge To Can H&R Block Meal Break Class

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 8:39 PM EDT) -- In light of two recent California Supreme Court decisions, including Brinker Restaurant Corp. v. Superior Court, a California federal judge on Monday decertified a class of H&R Block Enterprises LLC employees who claim they were denied meal breaks.
