Judge Limits Discovery In TFT-LCD Case

Law360, New York (September 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has granted the U.S. Department of Justice’s request to stay discovery in the consolidated antitrust class action alleging collusion among TFT-LCD manufacturers.

Although the DOJ had initially sought to put all discovery in the case on hold for a year, on Tuesday Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California agreed to a temporary stay of document discovery.
