Facebook 'Like' Ads Deal Draws Flak From Consumer Groups

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 10:14 PM EDT) -- The Electronic Privacy Information Center and consumer advocates excluded from a proposed $20 million class settlement over Facebook Inc.’s alleged nonconsensual use of people’s pictures in ads on Thursday urged a California court to reject the pact, saying it didn't benefit consumers.
