Modell's Sporting Goods Managers Win Cert In OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Monday that former assistant managers who allege they were improperly classified as exempt from overtime by Modell's Sporting Goods Inc. could pursue their claims against the company as a collective action.
