'70s Star Cassidy's $10M Sony Row Sent To Arbitrator

Law360, Los Angeles (July 16, 2012, 9:33 PM EDT) -- A California judge has ordered 1970s teen sensation David Cassidy to arbitrate his $10 million breach of contract suit against Sony Pictures Television Inc., saying a December 2010 settlement agreement covers the actor’s claims for merchandising and broadcast license fees.
