Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice told Congress on Tuesday that it was moving “as quickly as possible” in its antitrust review of the merger between Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., but said it still needed more information about whether the deal would harm consumers.
“We want to do that as quickly as possible, but we also want to get to the right answer,” said Thomas Barnett, assistant attorney general at the DOJ.
