9th Circ. Will Hear Class Cert. Appeal In Facebook Ad Suit

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday said it would review a denied bid to certify class from a group of online advertisers that allege Facebook Inc. violated California's competition law and breached contracts by overcharging for cost-per-click advertising.
