Ex-Sports Auction House Execs Charged In Fraud Scheme

Law360, Chicago (July 25, 2012, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The owner and two former executives of Mastro Auctions, a defunct auction house dealing in sports memorabilia and other collectibles, are facing charges that they ran a fraud scheme aimed at inflating bid prices, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday in Illinois federal court.
