NCAA Scholarship Cap Draws New Antitrust Challenge

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 2:46 PM EDT) -- A former college football player on Wednesday launched a new challenge to the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s scholarship cap, claiming in a putative class action in Indiana federal court that the cap and other policies violate antirust laws.
