Law360, Chicago (July 27, 2012, 9:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge rejected the government's request to reconsider a ruling protecting Raytheon Co. from the Defense Contract Audit Agency's demand for $25 million in allegedly overbilled contractor pension costs, releasing an opinion Thursday preserving his finding that a statute of limitations had run out.
