Bharara Beefs Up Police Pension Suit With Class Claims

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 8:58 PM EDT) -- U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said Thursday he is adding class action allegations to a lawsuit accusing New York City of cheating police officers who served in the military out of their proper pension benefits, after a federal judge agreed to allow the filing of an amended complaint.
