Texas City Sued Over Failed $250M Entertainment Project

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A developer sued the City of Irving, Texas, in state court Tuesday over not extending its contract for a stalled, $250 million public-private entertainment project, claiming city officials have not worked in good faith to get the development off the ground.
