Seattle's $490M NBA Arena Project Hits Enviro Hurdle

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The progress of a $490 million proposal to build a new basketball arena in Seattle hit a road bump Tuesday when a commission formally asked that an environmental report be undertaken before the city commits to the project.
