10th Circ. Won't Revive Class Bid In Cox Set-Top Box Case

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 8:20 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday declined to take up an appeal from a group of Cox Communications Inc. customers looking to certify class in a multidistrict antitrust litigation that accuses the cable company of illegally tying set-top boxes to its cable services.
