IBM Fends Off ERISA Class Action

Law360, New York (October 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IBM Corp. is fighting a purported class action that claims the company's pension plan cheats workers out of interest for retirement benefits, saying that the suit is a “collateral attack” on another district court's decision to dismiss the plaintiff's case.
