IBM Ditches Subpoena In Apple, Pixar Anti-Poaching Pact Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday granted IBM Corp.'s bid to quash a subpoena in a proposed class action alleging Apple Inc., Pixar Animation Studios Inc., Google Inc. and others inked anti-competitive agreements not to poach one another's engineers, ruling that information sought by the subpoena was irrelevant.
