US Soccer Bodies Prevail Over Ex-Promoter In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 9:11 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Friday handed a win to Major League Soccer and the United States Soccer Federation in an antitrust suit brought by former soccer promoter ChampionsWorld LLC, who had claimed that collusion between the USSF and MLS drove it out of business.
