Plaintiffs Buck Ruling In Insurance Antitrust Case

Law360 (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in an antitrust class action suit against the largest insurance companies in the United States are fighting a federal court's dismissal of the allegations last month, filing an appeal of the decision on Wednesday.

The notice of the appeal in the case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday.
