Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Japanese billionaire Kazuo Okada on Tuesday launched a $140 million defamation lawsuit against Wynn Resorts Ltd., the latest move in the ongoing legal battle between Okada and his former business partner, casino mogul Steve Wynn, according to media reports.

Okada filed suit in Tokyo District Court, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
