LG To Pay $25M To Settle Cathode Ray Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 10:17 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics Inc. on Thursday agreed to pay $25 million in the fourth settlement to resolve claims by a proposed class of direct purchasers in multidistrict litigation alleging electronics makers including Toshiba Corp. and Hitachi Ltd. conspired to fix prices on cathode ray tubes.
