Dish Gets CBS Suit Over Ad-Skipping DVRs Moved To NY

Law360, Los Angeles (September 11, 2012, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge has transferred CBS Broadcasting Inc.'s copyright infringement lawsuit against Dish Network Corp over ad-skipping digital video recording technology to New York, handing Dish a victory in its ongoing battle with three television networks over the forum for the dispute.
