DRAM Price-Fixing Claim Not Time Barred: Judge

Law360 (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge reaffirmed the New York attorney general's claim against Dynamic Random Access Memory manufacturers for price-fixing under a New York state law, ruling Tuesday that the civil charge does not violate the statute of limitations.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California denied the defendants' motion for reconsideration of her Aug. 31 opinion upholding the plaintiffs' claim under the New York Executive Law.
