Publishers, State AGs Get Nod For $69M E-Book Settlement

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has given initial approval to a $69 million settlement between attorneys general from 55 U.S. states and territories and three major American publishers as part of multidistrict litigation alleging the companies conspired to fix prices on e-books, according to a court filing released Friday.
