Chicago Developer Wins TRO Row In Ritz Residences Dispute

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 8:09 PM EDT) -- An Illinois state judge on Friday denied a temporary restraining order request from Terra Foundation for American Art in its legal row with developer Prism Development Co. over a Ritz-Carlton Residences project on Magnificent Mile, according to court documents.
