Calif. Wage Law Bars Casino Supervisors' OT Suit, Court Finds

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday affirmed a lower court's finding that a group of casino supervisors were exempt executives and therefore barred under state wage-and-hour laws from seeking overtime pay in their class action against information technology company Network Management Group Inc.
