Chubb Off Hook For Starwood's $10M Defense Bill

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A Chubb Corp. affiliate doesn't have to help Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. pay the $10 million in defense costs it racked up in a lawsuit over a Florida hotel's construction cost overruns, a New York state appeals court ruled Tuesday in overturning a lower court's decision.
