DOJ, AGs Clash Over Microsoft Oversight Extension

Law360 (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The states that moved last week for five-year extensions of their 2002 final judgments against Microsoft Corp. are frustrated with what they call the Department of Justice's waffling on the motions.
