California Readies To Sue EPA This Week

Law360 (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After threatening for months to take action, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office has revealed that California intends to sue the Environmental Protection Agency this week as the state continues its quest for a waiver that would allow it to curb greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles.
