Yankee Stadium Waiters Say Team Kept Their Tip Money

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The New York Yankees' ownership hit baseball fans with 20 percent service charges for ordering food to be delivered to their premium seats, but did not pass that money along to waiters, according to a suit filed Friday by 32 "in-seat servers" seeking potentially millions of dollars in damages.
