Chinese Man Charged In Carbon Fiber Export Plot

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A Chinese national has been charged with plotting to illegally export from the U.S. to China thousands of pounds of restricted carbon fiber often used in the aerospace and defense industries, federal prosecutors in New York said Wednesday.
