9th Circ. Hesitates To Nix $319M 'Millionaire' Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- A Ninth Circuit panel expressed doubts Wednesday about overturning a $319 million jury verdict for British TV production company Celador International Ltd. in its contract dispute with the Walt Disney Co. over licensing fees for the hit show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire."
