Ex-Anheuser Workers Launch Suit Over Pension Benefits

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 4:52 PM EDT) -- Anheuser-Busch Cos. LLC was hit with a proposed class action Wednesday by three former employees who allege they lost their jobs and promised pension benefit increases after the St. Louis-based brewing company was acquired by Belgian beer giant InBev NV in 2008.
