Law360, Los Angeles (October 12, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A class action settlement requiring Walt Disney Parks & Resorts U.S. Inc. to make its theme parks more accessible to the visually impaired teetered toward collapse Friday as class representatives told a California federal judge they don’t support modifications Disney proposed to address due process concerns.
