2nd Circ. Sends Starbucks Tip Cases To NY High Court

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday asked New York state's highest court to help settle two long-running disputes between Starbucks Corp. and groups of store employees over which of the chain's workers are eligible to receive money from pooled tip jars.
