Buffalo Bills Face TCPA Suit Over Team Alert Texts

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The Buffalo Bills professional football franchise was hit with a putative class action in Florida federal court Thursday by a disgruntled fan, accusing the club of sending thousands of unsolicited team news text messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
