SunTrust Gets Former Worker's ERISA Suit Nixed

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 10:05 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Tuesday granted SunTrust Banks Inc.'s bid to toss a former employee's proposed class action accusing the bank of unfairly compromising its employees' retirement plans by selecting mutual funds managed by its own affiliates despite their allegedly tepid performance.
