Trump Unit Drops $100M Suit Over Calif. Development Delays

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 3:50 PM EST) -- The owner of Trump National Golf Club on Tuesday tossed its $100 million suit accusing a California city and several contractors of wrongfully delaying the approval process of a luxury residential development on the property with environmental studies.
