Defense Contractor Seeks Gov't Info In Overbilling Case

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 5:22 PM EST) -- The Public Warehousing Co. K.S.C. on Thursday pressed a Georgia federal judge to force prosecutors to produce communications they had with two of PWC’s vendors, in a criminal case accusing the contractor of overcharging the U.S. on a multibillion-dollar defense contract.

PWC, also known as Agility, argues that all of the prosecution's communications with employees of Defense Supply Center Philadelphia and the Defense Logistics Agency, many of whom are central witnesses in the case, should be produced since the communications are key to preparing its defense....
