Judge Names Lead Plaintiff In Biotech Suit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has named a lead plaintiff in a proposed class action securities suit against biotechnology company Threshold Pharmaceuticals about two months after the suit was transferred across the country.

Judge Claudia Wilken of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California named Michael Hentosh lead plaintiff and Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP lead counsel on Monday.
