Canadian Merchant Seeks Docs From US MasterCard, Visa Case

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 7:49 PM EST) -- The lead plaintiff in a Canadian antitrust case accusing Visa Inc., MasterCard Inc. and Canadian banks of conspiring to set merchant fee rates asked a New York federal court Monday for unfettered access to the docket in the U.S. multidistrict litigation that recently settled for $7.25 billion.
