Disney Park Access Settlement Reaches Judge Despite Impasse

Law360, Los Angeles (November 30, 2012, 6:26 PM EST) -- A California judge on Friday agreed to consider Walt Disney Parks & Resorts U.S. Inc.'s request to enforce a settlement agreement with visually impaired class members who claim Disney theme parks are not accessible, even as the plaintiffs said the settlement had collapsed.
