BofA Seeks To Keep Fontainebleau Loan Info Confidential

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 1:34 PM EST) -- Bank of America NA on Friday asked a New York federal court to allow it to withhold loan administration documents from Wilmington Trust FSB and various title insurers who are facing multiple lawsuits stemming from the failure of a $2.9 billion Fontainebleau casino project in Las Vegas.

Wilmington Trust, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co., Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. and First American Title Insurance Co. have been sued by Fontainebleau project lenders and mechanics lien holders and have sought information from BofA they say is necessary...
