Defense Contractors Sidelined In Fiscal Cliff Debate

Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 8:14 PM EST) -- After taking an early role in shaping the debate over sequestration and the fiscal cliff, the defense industry has been left on the periphery as deficit negotiations turn toward taxes and entitlement reform, a development that could weaken contractors' ability to minimize the looming cuts.
