MLB, NFL, Others Slam NJ's Legalization Of Sports Betting

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- Professional sports leagues and the NCAA on Friday rejected New Jersey's arguments that a federal ban on sports gambling is unconstitutional, as the organizations continue to fight a state law legalizing sports gambling at New Jersey casinos and racetracks.
